If you read my first reply, you might notice that I played it to level 18, which is why I noted that my knowledge is very limited on the matter.įurthermore, I did not pass judgement on the class, I told how i felt about it. You keep implying through made-up quotes that I said i don't know anything about devastators, which is not true. There are 4 classes, you are right about that, though not much more. Just give up, you're ill-equipped to have this conversation. Making declarations while simultaneously acknowledging they are worthless, is dumb. You know what isn't weak, after you gear it out, because I did it? Pyromancer. You know what feels weak leveling it up? because I did it? Pyromancer. "i tHiNk ThEy'Re WeAk, BuT i DoN't KnOw AnYtHiNg AbOuT iT" when you can just simply say, I can't comment on Devastator as I haven't played it enough. Also, how many classes do you need before one can be, one of the best? what arbitrary number will you assign to it?Īdmitting to not being knowledgeable of something and advising them toseek answers elsewhere is not a sign of being dumb in any part of theworld I am familiar with.Įxcept you admit your ignorance while still passing judgement on the class. I see counting is another one of your strong points. It's a fact, and you who has not played a Devastator even to level cap, are completely incapable of refuting it, by your own admission. You clearly didn't try any ability based builds. Of the other three available classes, you chose the other two with the strongest Bullet skills. You focused on shooting, and it lacks a bullet skill. You wanna know why you thought it was weak? I can tell you exactly why. Your comment effectively says, I think it's weak, but I haven't played it much. Mine confirms that it is good if you actually invest your time into it. In any case, I don't think your completely unfounded statement that thedevastator "is one of the best classes" (in a game with only 3classes.) helps him any more than my comment on the devastator, regardless of whether it's true or not. Most full geared devastators don't use golem for survivalbility reasons but only for the damage buff you get for a few seconds when you activate it And gravity leap can be used to hover the air for a few seconds to stall time when low HP for example. Next to that who get's hit by the gravity leap get's 1.5x more damage from all sources. The gravity leap in my build has a cooldown of 10.1s and i am able to use it twice. Hunt the prey is faster but you easily miss the mark and up teleporting to the wrong enemy. A dev also has more health and armor than a trickster but lacks the shield.Ī devastator's mobilty with gravity leap is better than hunt the prey. A dev doesn't needs to kill to get health back, the enemy only needs to die near you or you can heal by bleed. No, the survivability of a dev and trickster is totally different. More shotgun = more close range kills = more survivability. Since devastator has no bullet-skill like twisted rounds, I feel like shotguns are more viable on trickster since twisted rounds doesn't consume ammo (which is pretty scarce for shotguns). It has the same issues as devastator since you also have to kill stuff in close range.
